SUSTAINABILITY
PaintJet® is much more then just a painting company. Along with our technology, we also offer energy efficent coatings to help our customers decrease HVAC costs and reduce their carbon footprints.
Cool Roofs and Cool Walls
People have been painting roofs white for hundreds of years to lower the thermal temperature inside their buildings. New advances in the paint and coatings market have led to even greater reflectivity for exterior surfaces. A recent study by the US Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory found that this same technology can also be applied to walls. This study found that in Southern US Climates, the HVAC savings could be up to 11% if the buildings were optimized with cool roof and wall coatings.
PaintJet® as a partner
PaintJet® is a great partner for any building owner but we focus on corporations that want to reduce their carbon footprint.
